Its transparent canister houses 25 ounces of product, or one Cryovac FlexPrep pouch. With one squeeze, the dispenser releases hot sauce from the small green valve, ketchup from the yellow medium valve, or tartar sauce from the large blue valve. The hopper can provide 95 percent evacuation, reducing food waste.
